I called because I had a flat tire and my wipers stopped working and he asked me to come in and right away he took my car , figured out the issues and resolved it fast. Susan WizniakMarch 18, 2026Update: 3/16/26 - I took my car to J&Z’s new location on Higgins in Elk Grove Village because of a noise I was hearing. Once again, they quickly found the problems, and took the time to explain it to me. The repairs were done and the price was very reasonable considering what needed to be fixed. The waiting area in the new location is larger and more comfortable. New staff person Rachel was friendly and helpful. Apollo (the Boxer) was great company! I continue to highly recommend J&Z. They do great work, are trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I have been taking my cars to J&Z ever since my dealership said my 10-year old car needed $1200 work done even though I had taken my car there for everything. I finally listened to a friend and went to J&Z. Joe fixed my car for $500 and he explained everything to me. Bottom line…Joe and Adam are trustworthy! Highly recommend.Posted on Google

They got it done quickly, checked all the extra things I requested (there was a list) and were super nice the whole time. I later lost my receipt and they emailed me another one within minutes of me leaving them a voicemail asking for it. My brother always goes to them and I see why. They go above and beyond. Randy KnightJuly 21, 2025J & Z did a great job on my 2015 Golf. I had an oil leak that required the oil pan to be replaced. Since I had it there I also had the timing chain replaced. They were able to turn that around in 1 day! Everyone was very friendly and willing to talk over my options. Update 7/19/25 - Had a spring break on the same car. I’ve been searching for a good shop to work on my Audi s8 and after some searching i found this shop Mike and Adam are very genuine, respectful, and transparent about everything. They have a great team of mechanics. They did a great job with my car and did it much quicker than i expected and at a reasonable price.
